We make every effort to preserve user privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the Personal Information that RxART, Inc. (“RxART,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collects through your interactions with the RxART website (https://www.rxart.org/) (the “Site”), offline and through other methodologies, and how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose that information.

However, such linking does not mean, and should not be interpreted to mean, that RxART endorses, is affiliated with, or makes any representations concerning such third-party websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to the Site and does not cover any Personal Information that you provide to those third parties, including any consequent privacy rights related to your Personal Information. Please consult the external party’s privacy policy to learn about your privacy rights on any website other than the Site. RxART shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from use of any third-party websites to which our Site links.

We take appropriate steps to protect your privacy and implement reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information in storage and in transmission. If you have reason to believe that Personal Information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately by contacting us in accordance with the last section below. In the event of a breach that we are required by law to inform you of, we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.

 

Non-US Users

We may transfer, process, and store your Personal Information outside of your home country, including in the United States. If you visit our Site from outside of the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Retention

The time period for which we keep Personal Information depends on the purpose for which we collected it.
